Paul J., infant son of Willis and Jennie Champion, was born Nov. 8, 1895, died Jan. 17, 1896, aged two months and 15 days. This little bud scarcely opened here till it was transplanted to bloom in the better world where parting and tears are no more.

The three months old babe of Mr. and Mrs. Will Champion died last Friday and was buried at Young’s Chapel Saturday afternoon. As this was their only child, and one on whom so many bright hopes had been built, it is a crushing blow to the bereaved parents and relatives, and in their hour of trial and sorrow they have the sympathy of all their friends and neighbors.
