Crawfordsville – Maurice D. Chenault, 70, 501 Hughes St, Crawfordsville died Saturday in Culver Hospital. He had been hospitalized since April 25 when he was injured in a 10-car accident in Crawfordsville. According to the Crawfordsville police death was due to natural causes. Born in New Market, he was a graduate of New Market HS. In 1939 he was married at Crawfordsville to Margaret Largent who survives. He was a retired yardsman at B&D Lumber Co, Crawfordsville. Mr. Chenault was a member of First Christian Church. Surviving with the widow is a son, Ronald Chenault of St. Louis Missouri.
