Roachdale - Funeral services for John [Earl] Clark were held Sunday afternoon at the Presbyterian church. Rev. Harris was in charge. Eston Cooper and Annabelle Myers sang "Resting in the Shelter of His Love" and "Perfect Rest" accompanied by Eugene Hutchins at the organ. Pallbearers were Don Henley, Bob Myers, Galen Irwin, Chauncey Sutherlin, Earl Etcheson and Audrey Modlin. Flower bearers were Mrs. Robert Myers, Mrs. Audre [should be Audrey Modlin, Mrs. Eugene Hutchins, Mrs. Paul Sutherlin, Mrs. Claude Crosby, Mrs. Arlie Fuller [should be Faller], Mrs. Leon Williams, Mrs. Margaret Bogan, Mrs. Madge Skelton, Mrs. Galen Irwin, Mrs. Carl Brookshere, Mrs. Betty Lou Wendling, Mrs. Betty Wilson, Mrs. Gladen Hermon and Miss Ruth Hutchins.
