Johnson CLORE, one of the oldest merchants of Crawfordsville, died at his home there on Tuesday at the age of 94. He was buried in Maple Ridge cemetery this afternoon. Mrs. Doren Clore attended the funeral. - kbz
NOTE: This Johnson Clore was born 9 March 1843 in Boone County, Kentucky died in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana 8 December 1936 - married his cousin, Lucinda Frances Clore. Johnson's parents were Cave & Lucinda Souther Clore. Lucinda's - Berryman & Mary Rice Clore. KZ
There is another Johnson Clore born about 1850 died in Bloomingdale, Parke Co IN 8 Nov 1928 married Mary McCarty. He is the son of Urial & Dorothy Ann Cosby Clore. Wish I had his obituary, too but sorry, I don't :( KZ
