IVY CLOSSIN

Source: Crawfordsville Daily Journal, May 23, 1910

This morning between five and six o'clock when Mrs. Cary Clossin, living four miles south of town on the Danville road, went to the room of her daughter, Ivy, she found nothing but the body cold in death. Some time during the night the soul had taken its flight. Miss Clossin who was about twenty-five years old had a severe case of the measles two years ago and it left her with a week heart. It was heart trouble evidently that caused her death. She had been in her usual health and had insisted on her mother going to bed about midnight, saying that she was alright. The funeral will be held on Wednesday morning at ten o'clock. - thanks to Kim H
