Mrs. Cora Elizabeth [nee: Schalk] Collings, 83, wife of William A. Collings, retired Crawfordsville Banker died Tuesday in a nursing home at Winter Park, Florida. Word of Mrs. Collings' death came from the Cox-Parker Funeral Home in Winter park. A native of Charlestown, Ind Mrs. Collings was a resident of Crawfordsville most of her life. She was a matron of Athens Chapter Order of Eastern Star and active in chapter affairs many years. Mr. and Mrs. Collings moved to Winter Park in the early 1950s and had made their home there since. The husband, the only immediate survivor is seriously ill in a nursing home at Winter Park. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Winter Park. Burial in Winter Park. -- kbz
