Mrs. Sarah Conrad died at her home three miles northwest of Darlington, Tuesday morning at 6 o'clock after a short illness of bronchial pneumonia, at the advanced age of 80 years. Her husband, Washington Conrad died about a year ago. She is survived by six children: Clinton Conrad; Wallace Conrad; Mrs. Edgar Love; Mrs. JOHANNA EVANS; Mrs. Thomas Wisehart and Mrs. George Henderson, all residing in and around Darlington. Mrs. Conrad's maiden name was Crouch and was former resident of Crawfordsville. Her death removes the last one of her father's family, consisting of father, mother and six children, she being the eldest one of the children. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made. - kbz
