Word of the death of Mrs. Stella Coons, wife of W.S. Coons, at a hospital in Louisville, Ky., was received Tuesday night by Mrs. W.R. Cruse, 402 east Market street, sister of Mrs. Coons.
Mrs. Coons died at 4 o’clock after a serious illness of three weeks with pneumonia. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at Louisville, home of Mr. and Mrs. Coons.
Mr. Coons is a native of Crawfordsville, having moved to Louisville after being born and reared in this city.
Mrs. Cruse, after receiving word of her sister-in-law’s death, left shortly after midnight Tuesday night for Louisville.
