Cook - Leland Harold

Leland Harold, youngest son of Eugene and Jennie Cook, was born Feb. 20, 1895, and died March 12, 1897, aged 2 years and 23 days. The dear, blessed little baby, so well beloved by all its friends, whose place can never be filled in the household, whose presence was a joy and whose going away has left an aching void, the world can never fill. But we know it is well with him that his pure spirit is in the realms of painlessness, and that round about him are the everlasting arms of Him who giveth his beloved sleep. A father, mother, three brothers and many friends mourn for this little one. Funeral services were conducted at the house by Rev. Rayle. Interment was at I. O. O. F.
