Miss Grace W. Cowan, 84, 403 W. Market St., died early Saturday morning at Culver Hospital where she had been a patient 10 days. She was a member of the Elmdale Methodist Church, the WCS of the church, the Flower Lovers club and Amicitta Club. She was a former employee of the Dellekamp Department store. Miss Cowan was born Aug. 12, 1887, in Montgomery County, the daughter of James Newton Cowan and Sarah Quick Cowan. She attended Montgomery County schools. Surviving are two nephews, Paul Fuller of Rt. 6, Crawfordsville, and Harold Fuller, Rolla, Mo.; a brother-in-law Bert Fuller of Crawfordsville and seven great nieces and great nephews. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bright & Burkhart Funeral Home with Rev. P. J. Hamilton and Rev. Guy E. Tremaine officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
