Mrs. Elizabeth Smith COYNER died at her home at Colfax on Friday and was buried in Fairview Cem Sunday. She was the daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth Smith and was born on the farm where Lando Cosby lives 81 years ago. She was a cousin of Mrs. AL Courtney. She attended the old Academy. She spent most of her life at Colfax. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Cecil Gery of Colfax and a son, Harry Coyner of Indianapolis. Another son, now dead, Dr. Leroy Coyner was in practice for some time in Waveland. - transcribed and submitted by Karen Bazzani Zach
