FOREST CRANE

Forest Crane, 80, a member of the 1913 Wingate state championship basketball team known as the "Wonder Five," died Monday in a Ft. Collins, Colo., hospital. He had been in failing health for three years. Mr. Crane was a graduate of Wingate High School. He owned a large ranch at Medicine Bow, Who. (Wyoming), and was a sheep buyer. He was born Dec. 18, 1894, in Fountain County, and was married to Jacqueline Webster who survives. Also surviving is a son, Jack of Ft. Collins, and three nieces and two nephews in Indiana. Services will be Thursday at Ft. Collins.
