Crawfordsville – Thomas M. Crane, 86 of Crawfordsville died at 11:28 a.m. Friday Jan 7, 2000 in St. Clare Medical Center. He was born March 31, 1913 in Crawfordsvilleand attended Crawfordsville schools. He worked as a linotype machinist for RR Donnelley for over 40 years. On Sept 9, 1934 he married Freida Kinkead in Paris, Ill. She preceded him in death Dec 5, 1993. He was a member of the Donnelley Club. Surviving are four sons: John Crane and David Creane, both of Crawfordsville; Fred Crane of Lebanon and Tom Crane of Plainfield; and six daughters, Judith Kreighbaum of Waveland; Kay Fisher of Fillmore; Susan Hayes of LaPorte, Marylyn Cook of Romney, Sally Hayes of North Judson and Peggy Cornett of Crawfordsville.
