MARSHALL, Ind. (CNS) — Ernest Lee Crowe, 65, of Marshall, died unexpectedly at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 6, 1976) at the Parke County Courthouse in Rockville. Death was due to an apparent heart attack. Born Nov. 24, 1910, in Montgomery County, he was the son of Frank and Julia Mandus Crow. On Dec. 23, 1933, in Crawfordsville, he married Mary Ethel Zachary, who survives. He was an independent trucker. He had hauled milk for Kraft Foods at Marshall and also drove a livestock truck. He was a member of the Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge, both of Marshall, and Wallace Low 12 Club. Other survivors include two sons, Thomas Lee and Edwin Allen, both of Marshall; two daughters, Mrs. Sandra Lee Stinson of Gosport and Mrs. Rose Marie Snodgrass of Indianapolis; two brothers, Frank Crowe of Ladoga and Laverne Hart of Crawfordsville; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Hester of Ladoga and Mrs. Mildred Cragen of Orem, Utah; and a grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Marshall Baptist Church, with the Rev. James O. Trousdale officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Friday at the Rice Funeral Home, with Masonic memorial services there at 8 p.m. Friday.--waw
