NEW MARKET – Mrs. Mary Frances Cuppy, 70, who lived three miles northwest of here, died Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. at Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. She was born July 11, 1894, in Lake Charles, La., to Elmer J. and Susan Johnson. She was married Aug. 7, 1911, to William P. Cuppy. Survivors include the husband; a daughter, Mrs. Leroy Carr of New Market; two brothers, Charles Johnson of California and Ray Johnson of Oregon; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Noble Reeves Funeral Home in New Market. Rev. Calvin Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery in Crawfordsville.
