Attica - Mylintia Ellen Newlin, 79 404 3rd St, Attica died en route to a hospital at 3 p.m. Monday. She had been in serious condition the past 3 weeks. Formerly of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Newlin was a dishwasher at a Crawfordsville rewtaurant. She was a member of Nazarene Church at Crawfordsville. Born in Wheeling, W VA on Feb 4, 1893, she married John William Newlin November 25, 1911 at Linden. He preceded her in death April 5, 1947. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Troy Carr of Attica; Gladys Marie Grayson of Crawfordsville and Beulah Mae Newlin of Indianapolis; two sons, Henry Woodrow Newlin and Bence Elmer Newlin, both of Westville; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Three daughters and three sons preceded her in death. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Dale Maus Chapel with Rev. AL Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Dale Maus FH. --kbz
