NICHOLSON, Samuel - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Late this afternoon Mrs. W.A. Swank received a telegram announcing the death of her father Samuel Nicholson, brother of Elihu, at Fitzgerald, Ga., at noon today. Last month Mr. Nicholson visited his daughter and when he returned was in poor health. The deceased was seventy years old. During the civil war he and his brother served in Co. B, Tenth Indiana Volunteers. The funeral arrangements are unknown. - thanks to Kim H
