Crawfordsville – Mary E. Norvell, 64 of 1008 E. Pike St, died at 7:20 p.m. Sunday in the Midwest Medical Center in Indianapolis. She was born March 1, 1928 in Greencastle. She married Jerry Norvell June 21, 1947 and he survives. Mrs. Norvell graduated from Greencastle HS in 1947 and was a retired employee of RR Donnelley & Sons in Crawfordsville. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and also Donnelley’s club. Also surviving are a son, Ronald Eugene Norvell of West Lafayette; three daughters, Jeraldine Echols of Grandview, Mo; Judy Massenburg of Lenexa, Kan and Denise Elmore of Crawfordsville; three brothers, William Brown of Arizona; Charles Brown of Crawfordsville and Mackie Gilbert Brown of Harrisburg, PA and four sisters, Marie Lawson and Charlotte Churchill, both of Greencastle; Betty Campbell of Terre Haute and Lillian Frazier of Indianapolis.
