“Flat Rock” news – Mr. and Mrs. David Foster of Attica visited Wm. Sidener last week. They were here to attend the funeral of Mrs. Foster’s uncle, John Nutt. The funeral was largely attended and the community will long miss this genial, whole souled neighbor and extend their sympathy to his daughter in her bereavement. - kbz

John Nutt died Monday morning at 10 o’clock at his farm five miles southwest of town. He had been ill for a long time. He leaves one daughter, Grace Nutt, his wife having died some years ago. -s
