Walter Aaron Nutt, 79, 703 Elm Street, died at his home Sunday evening. He had been in failing health for the past two years. He was born Aug 12, 1885, west of Crawfordsville to Aaron and Rachel Nutt. He was married Aug 7, 1914 to Mae Chasteen. He was employed at Midstates and Alcoa in Lafayete for many years. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Walter Miller of South Bend & Mrs. Joseph Dupay of Munster and 3 grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. The Rev. John Servies will officiate. Burial in Masonic Cemtery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday.
