Darlington - The funeral services for Mrs. Mary O'REAR who d. in the Methodist hospital Monday was held at the Church in Roachdale, Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. O'Rear was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Isaac DICK, deceased, whose home was 4 mi. SE of Darlington where she lived until her marriage to Dick O'Rear of near Thorntown. At the time of the death of Mrs. O'Rear, a few years ago, they lived on a farm near Greencastle and Mrs. O'Rear had since that time lived with her daughter, Mrs. Hostetter of Roachdale. Dec. was a sister of Sam DECK of this place and had visited here quite often and had many friends here. Samuel Deck; Mr. & Mrs. Lynn Deck; James Caldwell and Mr. & Mrs. Otis Crawford of this place attended the funeral. - typed by kbz
