O'Mara - Alice

Miss Alice O’Mara, niece of Very Rev. John R. Dineen, the daughter of Richard and Anna O’Mara nee Dineen, died at her home in Chicago last Friday evenin peritonitis being the cause. Father Dineen was with her at the time of death and conducted the funeral services which were held Monday in the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows. Interement occurred in Calvary Cemetery. Deceased was aged 20 years and was a particularly bright young lady. She spent 7 years at St. Mary’s of the Woods and gained there an education especially well grounded. She was a young lady of accomplishments, of personal attractions and her untimely death is deeply deplored. - kbz
