Evelyn Lenore, the infant daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Will Oglesbee was born Dec 28, 1907 and died on Friday, February 14, after an illness of more than three weeks. The funeral services were held at the home on Sunday morning at 11 by Rev. SK Fuson of Marshall; assisted by Rev JH Henson of the Waveland Baptist Church. The music was rendered by a quartette consisting of Mr. & Mrs. John Sharp; Miss Maude Straughan and Mr. TA Rice, directed by Miss Mildred Kleiser. Interment was at Maple Ridge Cemetery Mrs. John Hanna of Penobscott a gr. gr. aunt of the baby was present at the funeral. Mr. & Mrs. John Stanley of Ladoga were here Saturday but returned on Sunday morning. - transcribed by kbz
