Mrs. Lucy B. OLIVER died at her home, 197 Merchant St, last evening of Bright's disease, with which she has been troubled for about 11 years. Mrs. Oliver was born in Frankfort KY in 1861. Four years of her life were spent in Oakland, CAL after which she moved to Crawfordsville, Ind and later to Chicago but since last June her home has been in Kankakee. She was a member of the Christian Church. Two children, Maude and Harry mourn her death. Her suffering has been intense, owing to the nature of the disease, and since Thurs. she has been unconscious. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the residence, opposite the Arcade.
