New Richmond, July 26 – Thomas Franklin Oppy, 67, retired farmer died at midnight last night at his home here. Born in Montgomery County, he married Gertrude Miller in 1908. Surviving besides the widow are a daughter, Helen G. Oppy at home and half-sister, Mrs. Molly Westfall, Romney. Funeral 4 p.m. Monday at the New Richmond Christian Church Rev. Mr. Burkhart officiating; burial, New Richmond Cemetery. -- kbz
