Kingman -- Mrs. Emma Loretta Osborn, age 85, died Monday morning in the Vermilion County Nursing Home near Danville, Ill. She was a former resident of the Silverwood community, west of Kingman. Mrs. Osborn was born in Eugene on April 8, 1877, the daughter of Jake and Malinda Jane Coldwell Robbins. She was married May 21, 1896, to Frank Osborn who preceded her in death Aug. 21, 1952. She was a member of the old Methodist Church of Lodi. Mrs. Osborn also was a member of the Mary C. Smith Tent 35, Daughters of Union Veterans; Kingman Chapter 204, Order of Eastern Star; Pythian Sisters Temple 250 and the NGO Birthday Club of Kingman. Surviving are: three daughters, Mrs. Ethyl Grubbs of Kingman Rt. 2, Mrs. Alta Lange of Ridgefarm, Ill., and Mrs. Virginia McMahan of St. Petersburg. Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Maggie Pollard of Montezuma; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and three brothers. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. this afternoon, Feb. 27, at the Woodrow Funeral Home here. Burial was in the Silver Island Cemetery.   --typed by Walt W
