Thomas Osborn died this morning of general debility at his home on Spring Street. The funeral will occur tomorrow at 2 p.m., Rev. G. P. Fuson officiating. Burial at Oak Hill. Mr. Osborn was 75 years of age and has lived a greater part of his life in this city.
