Osburn - Alice Rose

Funeral services for Mrs. Bruce Osburn, 95, former Crawfordsville resident, were held Wednesday at Lowell, Ind. Mrs. Osburn died July 17 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Katherine Ampbeuchler, near Crown Point, where she had lived since the death of her husband. Mrs. Osburn was born in Boonetown on April 11, 1872, the former Alice Rose. She is survived by her daughter, one brother, Frank Rose, 83, of 509 Wayne Ave; one sister, Mrs. Emma Winston of Lowell; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Three sisters and one brother preceeed her in death. She has many nieces and nephews in Crawfordsville and Waynetown. – jlr
