ATTICA -- Mrs. Berneice Oteham, 65, Rt. 2, died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday in Los Robles Hospital at Thousand Oaks, Calif., where she became ill Oct. 21 while she and her husband were visiting relatives. Born at Attica she lived most of her life in Davis Township and was a 1930 graduate of Attica High School. In 1930, she was married at Clinton to Frank Oteham, a Davis Township farmer, who survives. She was a member of First United Methodist Church at Attica, and a former member of Davis Township Home Economics Club. Surviving with the husband are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Norma) Rich, of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; three brothers, Clinton Marvin Carlson of Attica, Orville Carlson, Rt. 2, and Charles Carlson of Linden; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Lucille) Short of Attica and Mrs. Dorothy Hoffine of Lafayette. Friends will be received from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Dale Maus Funeral Home, Attica. Services at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Maus Chapel, the Rev. Marvin Jones officiating. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Attica. Also surviving are two grandsons, Jeffrey Lynn and Douglas Alan Rich, both of Thousand Oaks Calif. -- typed by Walt W
