LINDEN — Miss Anna Mae Owen, 87, died at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Bowles Nursing Home at Crawfordsville. She had been in failing health three years and in the nursing home during that time. Mss Owen was born in Crawfordsville but had been a resident of Linden since 1900. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church at Crawfordsville. Surviving are a brother, John J. Owen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard Catholic Church with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Henry Ward officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Murphy-Hahn Funeral Home at Lafayette where friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
