NORTH SALEM—Services for Edna Owen 88, of North Salem, will be conducted here Monday at the Porter Funeral Home with Rev. Louie Crouch officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Owen died Saturday in Golden Manor Nursing Home at Ladoga. She was a member of the North Salem Christian Church. Mrs. Owen was a graduate of North Salem High School and Earlham College. She was born Sept. 30, 1882, a daughter of J. Crit and Molly Ballard Clay. Her husband, Taylor Owen, preceded her in death. Surviving are nieces and nephews. -- typed by Chris M.
