This morning at 7 o'clock at Yountsville occurred the death of Miss Ada J. Smith, formerly of this city, the summons coming as the result of a complication of diseases from which she had been suffering for 13 weeks and for which an operation performed at Culver Hpspital some weeks ago failed to give relief. Miss Sith was 52 and for several years resided on Water Street south of the Elks' home. She was the daughter of John H. and Nancy Logan Smith and a lady greatly admired by a large circle of friends. The funeral will occur at the Yountsville church Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. Plunkett. The burial will take place in the O'Neall cemetery.
