Waynetown - Burial services were held at the Masonic Cemetery here at 1:30 p.m. Thursday for Emmett Skaggs, 80, who died at Crown Point. Mr. Skaggs was a former resident of this community. Surviving are a son, Carl of Crown Point, and a daughter Bernice Oglebay of Austin Texas. He was preceded in death by three sons, Ernest, Ralph and Frank.
