Zebulen Skaggs died at his home near the Masonic cemetery Wednesday afternoon at the age of 87 years. Mr. Skaggs had been a resident of this county for 63 years. The funeral occurred Friday afternoon, Rev. Quillen of the Newlight church officiating.

Zebulon Skaggs, aged 87 years, died yesterday afternoon at his home near the Masonic Cemetery. The funeral will occur tomorrow at 1 p.m., conducted by Rev. Quillen of the Newlight Church, of which the deceased was a faithful member. Mr. Skaggs had lived in this county for 63 years and was a good and honest citizen.
