James M. Vancleave, a farmer residing north of town died suddenly Friday of rheumatism of th eheart. Mr. Vancleave had been in poor health for some time. Friday he was seized with an attack and died shortly after medical assistance arrived. He was 78. James D. Vancleave, a son of the deceased who is serving a jail sentence was released to attend his father's funeral. The funeral services were held Sunday at 1. The burial was in Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
