Elijah Zachary, aged 57, died Tuesday night with the old year, passing away as it passed. The funeral occurred yesterday morning at Shiloh Church, where the internment also took place. Mr. Zachary was an old soldier living a member of the 20th Battery, Indiana Light artillery. He leaves a wife and several children residing near the Junction. -- kbz
