Captain William H. Neff of Ladoga, died Saturday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. J.W. Lough. He was 95 years old and a Veteran of the Civil War. He was given Military rites Tuesday. Thanks so much to Marilyn Walker for sharing her Roachdale Times obituary collection.
