Gentlemen, This is being written in behalf of Mrs. Goldia Davis, widow of James F. Davis, who was receiving Insurance benefits, on account of the service of the above named former service man.  As I understand the case James F. Davis, at the time of his death, was receiving Insurance payments.  Now as the widow, will Mrs. Davis be eligible to receive the benefits that were formerly due her husband?  Will you kindly reply, and supply necessary blanks for application, if benefits are due.
