DAVIS and his wife, Inice, and her children. The tract in question is 23 acres in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 22, Rnage 1 South, and Range 1 West. The record shows that one Mary HOLLEN sold the tract to Samuel HOLLEN on November 20, 1930. The record further shows that the tract was transferred to Inice Belle DAVIS by Samuel HOLLEN on July 16, 1938. /signature of A. W.
