SAILED FROM THE EAST COAST VIA THE PANAMA CANAL FOR PEARL HARBOR, HAWAII. COMPLETED 5 WAR PATROLS. ONE OF TWELVE SUBMARINES PARTICIPATING IN THE SURRENDER OF JAPAN IN TOKYO BAY. DISCHARGED ON 3 MARCH 1946 WITH THE RATING OF BAKER SECOND CLASS.
