World War II Veteran.Served in the Philippines with 57th Infantry Regiment [P.S.] C.O.of K Company. At Fort William McKinley,PI. And the 83rd Infantry Regiment[P.A.]3rd Battalion C.O.Awarded include Silver Star Medal,Bronze Star Medal and Purple Heart Medal. Was captured while investigating troops attempting to halt the invasion of Cebu,Philippines. Believed to of been executed by the Japanese on 15 April 1942.Was not recovered following WWII.
