Served with the 34th Infantry Division 168th Infantry Regiment Company F.in the Middle Eastern Theater.Captured by the German Army on 17 February 1943 in Tunisia. Held prisoner at Stalag 3B Furtenberg,Brandenberg, Prussia released on 6 June 1945. Discharged on 5 October 1945.
