COX FAMILY GRAVES

Jackson Township Section 8 T1S R2W Seldom used.

 On the road to Elon is this little group of graves, on a hillside, marked by a cedar tree.

The land was deeded by Willis Cox for a public burying ground, but has been used only for the family. Mrs. Cynthia Ann Weaver Hentgen, dau of Willis Cox, died at Valparaiso, Ind., 2 May 1945, at the age of 76 years and was brought here for burial. Four of her young children had been buried here several years ago. There are 3 stones with inscriptions:
