Township Trustees Calendar

1. Meeting with the County Superintendent the first Monday of May and September as the County Board of Education
   
2. First Tuesday in September meeting with the Advisory Board to determine tax levels. Report filed within ten days to County Auditor.
   
3. Annual Reports filed with the County Superintendent on the first Monday of August.
   
4. Claims for transfers to be filed before the third Monday in June.
   
5. Enumeration reports filed in the office of the County Superintendent May 1.
   
6. Annual enumeration of school children between ages of 6 and 21 to be taken between April 10 and April 30.
   
7. Annual settlement with County Auditor, Jan. 1-10.
   
8. Report of poor should be made to Auditor prior to first Monday in April, July, October and January.
   
9. Dog Fund due Auditor, March 5th.
   
10. Distribution of Auditor to Trustees, January, June, July and December
   
11. File state aid claims, January and July for the six months immediately preceeding.
