This Indenture Witnesseth that Nancy Allen of Orange County and State of Indiana conveys and Warrants to John Allen and his heirs of Orange County and State of Indiana for the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars the following described Real Estate situated in Orange county and State of Indiana Towit: the North East quarter of North west qr of Section six in township two North of Range 2 west two west containing forty acres more or less. It is Stipulated in this Deed, That said John Allen is to take care of Said Nancy Allen her life time to fuel and clothing her as his part of the performance of the above Stipulation_____

John Allen and Rhoda Allen his wife of the County of Orange and State of Indiana warrant and convey to Nancy Allen of Orange County and the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One Hundred Dollars the following real estate in Orange County in the State of Indiana to-wit The North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Six (6) Town two (2) North range two (2) West containing forty acres and two hundredths more or less Possession to be given on March 1st 1884. In testimony whereof the said John Allen and Rhoda Allen his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 30th day of August 1883.

William Allen to William P. Allen

This Indenture made this 5th day of January in the year of Christ one thousand and Eight hundred and forty nine Between William Allen of the County of Orange and State of Indiana of the first part and William P. Allen of the County of Perry & State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of one Thousand dollars by virtue of Contract and agreement made on the 28th day of January one thousand Eight hundred and forty nine between the parties aforesaid the reseit (sic) whereof is hereby acknowledged to the said William Allen hath granted bargained & Sold & by these presents do grant bargain & sell unto the said William P. Allen the following tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the said County of Orange and Containing forty eight acres more or less and is known and designated by & as North East q of North West quarter of Section Six in Township number two North of Range two West according to the general survey in the Vincennes district of the lands of the United States in the State aforesaid To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land Situated & being as aforesaid unto the said William P. Allen his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William P. Allen his heirs and assigsn foreve and the Said William Allen for himself his heirs &c doth Covenant and agree to & with the said William P. Allen the aforesaid tract or parcel of land to him and his heirs forever and the said William Allen doth further warrant and forever defend for himself and his heirs the aforesaid tract or parcel of land unto the aforesaid William P. Allen against the claim or claims of all and of every person or persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the Said William Allen hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and date first within written.
