Branson Parson and Elizabeth his wife of Orange County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to Isaac N. Breeden of Orange County in the State of Indiana for the sum of two Hunderd Dollars the following Real Estate in Orange County in the State of Indiana towit The south west Quarter of the North East Quarter and the East half of the North West Quarter of Section Number Twenty in township Number one North of Range number Two West in the District of Lands subject to sale at Vincennes Indiana containing one Hunderd and Twenty Acres more or Less To have and To hold the above described tracts of Land to the sole and only use and benefit of the said Isaac N Breeden his Heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof the said Branson Parson and Elizabeth his Wife have hereto set their hands and seals this 13th day of October 1855.
