ALPHABETICAL BY LAST NAME

                Most of the information below was obtained from the D.A.R. cemetery records at the Parke County Library.  Additional genealogical information has been added from Pauline McKinney’s book on the Martin Family, and my own research.  Dates in parenthesis were computed based on ages written on the stone.  Where date of birth or death is disputed by different sources, I have put the alternate date in the Comments section.  If you should absolutely know for sure which date is correct, I would appreciate you letting me know.  Comments include inscriptions that are on the stones, and relationship to others.  For the purposes of this report some abbreviations have been used they are as follows: d/o - daughter of; s/o - son of; h/o - husband of; and w/o - wife of.  Maiden names in the Comments section have been capitalized.  I have tried to eliminate all typos, but some may remain.  You should confirm the information with any that you may already have.
