   This Indenture witnesseth that George Wilkins of Parke County Indiana in consideration of six hundred and sixty dollars to him paid by Ezekiel Floyd of the same County and State the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth hereby grant bargain sell and convey to the said Ezekiel Floyd his heirs and assigns forever the following real estate in Parke County and State of Indiana and described as follows towit the South West half of the South West quarter of section twenty one in Township seventeen North of Range seven West containing eighty acres in the Crawfordsville Land District together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging.  To have and to hold the same to the said Ezekiel Floyd his heirs and assigns forever.  The grantor his heirs and assigns hereby covenanting with the grantee his heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid as of a sure perfect and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple and that he will warrant and defend the same against all claims whatever.  In witness thereof the said George Wilkins has hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of February 1852.               George Wilkins

Personally appeared before me the subscriber a justice of the peace in and for said County George Wilkins the grantor in the above conveyance and acknowledged the same to be his voluntary act and deed.
