This Indenture
Witnesseth that Margaret Lauderback of Parke County in consideration of One
hundred and twenty dollars to her paid by George Wilkins do hereby grant
bargain sell convey and warrant to the said George Wilkins his heirs and
assigns forever the following Real Estate in Parke County and State of Indiana
and described as follows towit; For the South East quarter of the North West
quarter of Section Nineteen Township Seventeen North of Range Seven West in the
District of Lands subject to sale at Crawfordsville Indiana containing forty
acres and thirteen hundredths of an acre, together with all the privileges and
appurtenances to the same belonging in witness whereof the Margaret Lauderback
has here unto set her hand and seal this 11 th day of August 1857

said County Margaret Lauderback the grantor in the above conveyance and
