GEORGE WILKINS - NOVEMBER 1867

This Indenture Witnesseth that George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife, in consideration of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to them paid by Charles Martin do hereby sell and convey to the said Charles Martin his heirs and assigns forever the following Real Estate in Parke County and State of Indiana, towit; the North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section twenty (20) in Township Seventeen (17) north of Range Seven (7) West containing forty acres more or less.

The grantors their heirs and assigns, hereby covenanting with the grantee his heirs and assigns that the title so conveyed is clear and unencumbered and that they will warrant and defend the same against all claims whatsoever.

   In witness whereof the said grantors have hereto set their hands and seals this ninth day of November 1867.

            Before me Isaac Hunt a Justice of the Peace of said County came George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife and acknowledged the execution of the above deed, Witness my hand and Seal this 9th day of November 1867:

I certify that the deed of which the above is a correct copy was duly stamped according to act of congress and recorded this the 9th day of December 1867 at 11 o'clock
